Our Phone + Email Support package is ideal for those who want to talk to a sleep consultant as soon as possible and are ready to start straight away. Implemented by you at home, which makes this package perfect for those located statewide or internationally.
This comprehensive package offers support to parents in many areas including self-settling solutions, catnapping, nap refusal, struggling to fall asleep or staying asleep, difficulties settling or resettling, early risers, routine advice and more.

Families are asked to fill in an initial Sleep Assessment form. We will work together to finalise and tailor a sleep plan that is designed to suit your parenting style and your baby’s needs. Then a Phone consultation is organised. This provides you with the opportunity to chat one on one with your sleep consultant Aprilla. Also, an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about your baby/ infants sleep needs and discuss the sleep plan in more detail.

In-depth Phone consultation
A full assessment of your questionnaire and sleep logs
A comprehensive and tailored sleep plan complimenting your parenting style and your baby’s sleep needs
Discussion of different sleep learning techniques and sleep solutions
Three weeks of follow up support via weekly phone, email or text.
